This includes all personnel who are required to operate a counterbalance forklift. The course covers both theoretical and practical learning and includes assessments on the final day.

There are no entry requirements. The course is delivered in English but can be delivered in Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or Malayalam.

The course provides the basic knowledge and practical skills involved in operating the Industrial Counterbalance and reach Forklift trucks and be able to operate the machine safely and correctly in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions and accepted good practice.

What are the entry requirements?
Following the training, Learners will complete a short written test to confirm their understanding of the topics included in the course. The learners will then conduct a series of practical tasks observed by an Assessor to demonstrate their skills in operating the forklift.
